Do I need to own the game or the DLC that I need assistance with?

Yes and No! Our specialists have the game titles and DLC's that are needed. If you are processing an involvement order where we would assist you in the game, you would need to own a copy to that game's content in order to play with us.

What is the difference between choosing a "Non-involvement" versus an "Involvement" Option?

These options are available across all of our supported game titles! For Multiplayer-based objectives, you may want to play alongside our team of Specialists while we run your sets - this is referred to as "Involvement". For "Non-involvement" requests, we would need to login to your account and do your sets for you, these types of projects may be Singleplayer or Multiplayer-based.

Are your "Specialists" people you just source randomly or are they actual representatives?

CM Speedrunners takes the time to properly train all of our workstaff. In order to become members of our team, they must pass an Assessment Test of all they have learned within our training program. Our team is classified as the "Commissioner Network" while the term "Commissioner" is put as the name of our agents. Because of this, each Commissioner represents CM Speedrunners on a first-party basis.

Can I get refunds from my orders?

Absolutely! We provide a 100% refund assurance. If you wanted to cancel an order before it gets started, we will refund you. If a project gets canceled while in progress, you will be refunded a partial amount factored on work that hasn't yet been done. If our team isn't able to satisfy a project, we will provide a complete refund for the order.

Can I enroll in a Payment Plan for projects you guys do?

Absolutely, we provide Payment Plan contracts for all projects we do. Bear in mind that your weekly installment amount will also reflect the weekly amount of work and time provided towards the project. If an installment due date is passed, the contract will be voided. We charge a 50 USD reactivation fee if you wanted to reinstate a formerly voided Payment Plan contract. More information can be found in Section 17 of our Terms Of Service policy.

What's the deal with delisted titles and DLC?

Our team covers delisted titles and DLC that are no longer available in the Microsoft / Playstation store. Feel free to get in contact to inquire about a certain title of choice. We charge an additional $25 USD per delisted content we have to provide.

What does "Private Livestreaming" entail?

Accepted Answer

Upon checking out an order via the cart page, you will be given the option to choose "Private Livestreaming" for an additional fee. Choosing this option means that our workstaff will specially create a private livestreaming experience for you on Youtube. This private livestream can only be accessed via shared link, and the resulting video will not be publicly shared or stored.
