If you know the approximate time & boosters needed, you can also submit a Rent A Booster request and add additional text detail to highlight the project you are wanting to be covered. Support will get back to you with proper cost & time estimates!

Can you guys do Trophy or Achievement hacks and unlocks?

All of our work and selectable options include speedruns of obtaining your needed requests in a legitimate means of gameplay! If a game is no longer attainable through these means, we will not be able to cover your request. We do not provide auto achievements hacks and unlocks nor do we cheat when it comes to our gameplay.

Do I need to own the game or the DLC that I need assistance with?

Yes and No! Our specialists mostly have the game titles and DLC's that are needed. There are also cases where we do not have the content, and we will request to obtain it via the client download library (or local physical copy via shipping for old-gen titles). If you are processing an involvement order where we would assist you in the game, you would need to own a copy to that game's content in order to play with us. Delisted content is a special exception where we would charge $25 USD per delisted content we have to provide.

Absolutely - CM Speedrunners Support will be giving you the proper follow-ups for account access and authorization. You may also make a temporary password or even use alternate ways of our specialists gaining access to your account such as using the PS5 guest access portal. Absolutely! We have various Tier Rewards Membership Subscriptions you would be able to purchase via CM Speedrunners Discord. Depending on the Tier you are subscribed to, you will be granted the appropriate deductibles off your Estimate Totals.

What is the difference between choosing a "Non-involvement" versus an "Involvement" Option?

These options are available across all of our supported game titles! For Multiplayer-based objectives, you may want to play alongside our team of Specialists while we run your sets - this is referred to as "Involvement". For "Non-involvement" requests, we would need to login to your account and do your sets for you, these types of projects may be Singleplayer or Multiplayer-based.

Can I get refunds from my orders?

Absolutely! We provide a 100% refund assurance. If you wanted to cancel an order before it gets started, we will refund you. If a project gets canceled while in progress, you will be refunded a partial amount factored on work that hasn't yet been done. If our team isn't able to satisfy a project, we will provide a complete refund for the order.

Can I enroll in a Payment Plan for projects you guys do?

Absolutely, we provide Payment Plan contracts for all projects we do. Bear in mind that your weekly installment amount will also reflect the weekly amount of work and time provided towards the project. If an installment due date is passed, the contract will be voided. We charge a 50 USD reactivation fee if you wanted to reinstate a formerly voided Payment Plan contract. More information can be found in Section 17 of our Terms Of Service policy.

What's the deal with delisted titles and DLC?

Our team covers delisted titles and DLC that are no longer available in the Microsoft / Playstation store. Feel free to get in contact to inquire about a certain title of choice. We charge an additional $25 USD per delisted content we have to provide.

What does "Private Livestreaming" entail?

Accepted Answer

Upon checking out an order via the cart page, you will be given the option to choose "Private Livestreaming" for an additional fee. Choosing this option means that our workstaff will specially create a private livestreaming experience for you on Youtube. This private livestream can only be accessed via shared link, and the resulting video will not be publicly shared or stored.
