These options are available across all of our supported game titles! For Multiplayer-based objectives, you may want to play alongside our team of Specialists while we run your sets - this is referred to as "Involvement". For "Non-involvement" requests, we would need to login to your account and do your sets for you, these types of projects may be Singleplayer or Multiplayer-based.

CM Speedrunners takes the time to properly train all of our workstaff. In order to become members of our team, they must pass an Assessment Test of all they have learned within our training program. Our team is classified as the "Commissioner Network" while the term "Commissioner" is put as the name of our agents. Because of this, each Commissioner represents CM Speedrunners on a first-party basis.

If a project gets canceled while in progress, you will be refunded a partial amount factored on work that hasn't yet been done. Absolutely, we provide Payment Plan contracts for all projects we do. Bear in mind that your weekly installment amount will also reflect the weekly amount of work and time provided towards the project. If an installment due date is passed, the contract will be voided. We charge a 50 USD reactivation fee if you wanted to reinstate a formerly voided Payment Plan contract. More information can be found in Section 17 of our Terms Of Service policy.

Our team covers delisted titles and DLC that are no longer available in the Microsoft / Playstation store. Feel free to get in contact to inquire about a certain title of choice. We charge an additional $25 USD per delisted content we have to provide.
