Yes and No! Our specialists mostly have the game titles and DLC's that are needed. There are also cases where we do not have the content, and we will request to obtain it via the client download library (or local physical copy via shipping for old-gen titles). If you are processing an involvement order where we would assist you in the game, you would need to own a copy to that game's content in order to play with us. Delisted content is a special exception where we would charge $25 USD per delisted content we have to provide.

For Multiplayer-based objectives, you may want to play alongside our team of Specialists while we run your sets - this is referred to as "Involvement". For "Non-involvement" requests, we would need to login to your account and do your sets for you, these types of projects may be Singleplayer or Multiplayer-based.
